The units are stylish, brand-new with fridge too, a bath plus the bedroom. I thoroughly enjoyed well-mannered personnel that ensures guests have a perfect 10/10 stay. The location is magnificent and fantastic, a wide array of bars 

Loved the high quality double room with a very plush design. The location was perfect - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

My double room had modern conveniences, including a lounge, a TV set, and an iron. The location turned out to be great. Dined at Sapporo Teppanyaki, it was just a short stroll away from the venue.

The location is unbeatable and excellent, liked to be near some leisure places, we've visited bars and restaurants. Well-mannered people are working there.

Truly enjoyed how the double room was arranged when we arrived. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. Besides, we parked nearby. This accommodation was in the central location to a football match or into the city centre.

The location couldn't be more excellent and incredible to Lime Street station. The room was quire warm so kept windows open and available with comfy bed, the bathroom, a hairdryer. The staff were well-mannered, doing great job.  

The double room is tastefully decorated, we also truly enjoyed panoramic views. The location is perfect and handy, to many sites within walking distance.

Double room was top quality and brand-new had hypoallergenic pillows. The location was particularly good and incredible, to the main areas of the cavern quarter with easy access to the main shopping centre and a shopping

A simply stunning and great modern hotel, I loved it, staff was especially helpful. Central location was a plus. Easily reached Sapporo Teppanyaki, located not too far from the property, had lunch/dinner there. 

Easy check-in, late check-out, top quality room with a comfortable bed, bedside table plus a view to the neighbor buildings.

Its rooms are brand-new and well furnished with a view to the neighbor buildings and space to watch TV plus comfy bed for a perfect stay. Great service and the food is excellent. The staff are well-mannered people.  

Overall clean, relaxing hotel with handy location close to shops and restaurants. Brilliant experience and especially helpful and exceptionally attentive staff. Top-class and nicely furnished rooms with 2 tvs. Exceptional service everywhere.
